Gorgeous vintage rare find piece of costume jewelry. Florenza signed enamel snake brooch. Circ: early 1960s. FLORENZA was founded in 1948 & what is a premier high end costume jewelry maker back in the day.
The handmade snake brooches were especially popular in the early 60s! Made of gorgeous, gold enamel, with amazing, deep, blue/off-white enamel. Could also be strung on a chain to wear as a beautiful pendant piece. Excellent condition!

The little guy used to have gorgeous little sapphire eyes, but they fell out many years ago. Could easily be replaced, but absolutely gorgeous even without them. Many you see on the market or actually missing the gem eyes.
